Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at OH Talent Solutions. As a key member of our Occupational Health and Well-being team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality occupational health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide complex case management services to clients, including sickness absence management and pre-employment screening.
  • Conduct COVID-19 risk assessment follow-ups and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Work independently and autonomously from home, providing services to a mixture of private and public sector contracts.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC pin and no restrictions or conditions.
  • Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Certificate).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
