About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Great Barr. As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the KS1 curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of KS1 students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
- Uphold school policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and respectful classroom culture
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with KS1 students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to promoting the welfare and well-being of students
