About Route One

At Route One, we provide end-to-end solutions for bridge deck maintenance and protection. Our services range from supply and installation of bridge expansion joints to concrete repairs and structural protection systems.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 22 days annual leave, company pension, life insurance, birthday voucher, free parking, accommodation paid by company, shift incentive scheme, and company vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and be responsible on-site for the workforce, plant, materials, Suppliers, and sub-contractors.
  • Lead a team to install products as per installation guidelines.
  • Log and report any deviations from the product installation guidelines.
  • Completion of the Real-time Electronic site file in line with company policy and IMS.
  • Responsible for on-site communications in relation to contracts.
  • Assist with operations, training, and competency.
  • Assist with planning, phasing, and programming of contracts.
Requirements
  • Management and supervising experience.
  • Possession of CSCS card.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team effectively.
  • SSSTS (Desirable).
