At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Boutique Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams to succeed. You will be responsible for creating and executing in-store events, managing inventory and facilities, and ensuring the smooth running of the store. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
  • Create and execute a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Develop and implement in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store and alignment with the Boutique and Brand vision

Qualifications:

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
