About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join our prestigious law firm in Cornwall. As a key member of our Private Client Department, you will provide comprehensive legal services to clients, managing various private client matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting wills, administering estates, and preparing Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPAs)
  • Handling a diverse caseload from initial instruction to completion
  • Managing conflicting priorities and maintaining high standards throughout the process

Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
