We are a welcoming and forward-thinking practice located in the unspoilt coast and countryside of South Devon, with areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a National Park, and a mixture of coastal and rural towns and villages to explore.

Job Description

We are seeking a Salaried General Practitioner to join our team of 22 GPs, who are supported by ANPs, Pharmacists, Paramedics, and ARRS roles staff, including Pharmacy Technicians and Social Prescribers, as well as a large and experienced nursing, reception, and admin team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and organized team environment
  • Work collaboratively with the practice team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in portfolio working, including taking part in the Integrated Care Team and other new roles
  • Contribute to the development of the practice and its services

  • Flexibility - we have extra contracts to fit around childcare and can be flexible with the number of sessions worked

We use Emis Web to run a hybrid system involving an acute, 'on the day' triage team and a 'planned' pre-booked team every day. We have a duty doctor on hand each day with no booked patients ready to help with any queries that may arise.
