Retail Meat Cutter

We are seeking a Retail Meat Cutter to join our Meatex Trading Ltd. team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and cutting meat products to order, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role, knowledge of different cuts of meat and their uses, strong knife skills, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our sales team to provide recommendations on cooking methods and cuts of meat to customers, and ensure that all meat products are handled and stored correctly.

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butcher area
• Operate and maintain butcher equipment and tools

A competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
