As a Caregiver and Advocate with Access Services, you will have the privilege of working closely with adults with developmental disabilities/Autism in our Older Adult day program in Hatfield, PA.

Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment that promotes socialization, skill-building, and overall well-being. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:15AM-3:45PM, offering a competitive starting compensation of $17+/hour based on experience and education.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering one-on-one support to clients, focusing on their individual goals and needs
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
