About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Assistant to join our team in Warwickshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide person-centered care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  • To assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Requirements
  • Experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • An NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care would be advantageous or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential for success in this role.
