About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Theatre Management team as a Quality and Safety Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our theatre services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the theatre team to deliver high-quality patient care and safe surgical practices.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and quality improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with significant experience in theatre management.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
