About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Utilita Energy. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of our CRM and customer journey products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our customer team to modernize our current products and services
  • Manage new products and be accountable for their outcomes
  • Monitor product performance and inform the product roadmap
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Gather customer insights to inform product decisions
Requirements
  • Commercial Product Management experience of CRM systems and the customer journey
  • Ability to take accountability for product outcomes
  • Experience of conducting competitor analysis and identifying opportunities and threats
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
