Lead Clinical Addiction Nurse Specialist

An award-winning Community Drug and Alcohol Misuse Charity is looking for a Lead Clinical Addiction Nurse Specialist to join their specialist Addictions Clinic based in Dagenham, London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a RGN or RMN who has a passion for Substance Misuse treatment and comes with a salary up to £43,000, a London Weighting allowance and other great benefits.


About the Job

The Lead Clinical Addiction Nurse Specialist will provide expert clinical care to service users, including a thorough rehabilitation process, working Monday-Friday 9-5 in a busy detoxification clinic. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience or interest in addictions, titration experience is highly desired, and current and valid registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK.


Key Responsibilities
  • Providing front-line clinical care to service users
  • Leading a team of addiction nurses
  • Developing and implementing effective treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

A generous salary up to £43,000 per annum + London Weighting allowance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and excellent training and development opportunities.
