About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accounts Specialist to join our EG Group Transactional Finance team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounts and ensuring timely payments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage vendor master databases
  • Process invoices and credit notes in accordance with company procedures
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve queries
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve payment and invoice issues
  • Release payment files and perform manual ad hoc payments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in accounts payable or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft software
  • The ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
