**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead our Subsea Services Department in the UK and North West Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HSE elements of renewable and inter-island cable installation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement HSE strategies to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead project teams to promote a safety culture, driving the implementation of group policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure contractual and regulatory HSE requirements are met.

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in site offshore HSE management.
• NEBOSH General Certificate, NVQ Level 3 in OHS or equivalent.
• Internal Auditor qualification.

**Benefits:**
