Establishing a culture of workforce development is crucial for the success of any team. At Lifeways Group, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Development Manager to lead our team in Bedlington. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the support of Service Users who have Autism, mental health problems, learning disabilities, and behavior that may challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Leading the team in workforce development through induction and supervision.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, pro rata, as well as access to award-winning training and development programs. You will also have opportunities to work towards NVQ Level 3 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care. If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the learning disability sector, we encourage you to apply.
