Job Title: Junior Engineer

Search is actively recruiting a Junior Engineer to join their team in Scotland. The successful candidate will work on water and SPEN projects for a key client in the civil engineering and energy sectors.

About the Role:
  1. Liaise with clients and statutory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Provide regular progress updates to line managers.
  3. Assist in preparing and issuing job instructions and ensure toolbox talks are completed correctly.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress.
  5. Set out site works and prepare as-built drawings as required.
  6. Support the QHSE Systems Manager in promoting health and safety compliance.
  7. Assist in assessing risk and producing relevant RAMS.
  8. Support the Contracts Manager with material requisitions.
  9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. HNC/HND in civil engineering or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in civil engineering, NEC, and Microsoft Project is essential.
