Business Intelligence Manager

Aspire Data Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead a small team in delivering high-impact data projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ideation, planning, execution, and delivery of new products, as well as organizing a team to deliver specific outcomes within a given timeline.

The Role
  • Product Management: Develop and implement data-driven product strategies to drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Information Design: Design and implement data visualizations and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Structuring/Pipeline Design: Design and implement data pipelines to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • BI Architecture: Develop and maintain a robust Business Intelligence architecture to support data-driven decision-making.
Candidate Profile
  • Expertise in modern data tools, including SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data and/or consulting.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong eye for detail.
  • Comfort with some travel to clients.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Azure, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Experience working with an engineering mindset, including Agile development, Git, and Jira.
  • Experience leading a team of analysts/data specialists.
