About the Role:


The Technical Solution Architect will be a client-facing role, responsible for solutioning Account Growth Requests (AGR) and Add-On existing requests (Non-Standard Service Requests, or NSSRs) within DXC. They will be the technical authority, liaising between Service Lines, Delivery teams, and account/customer teams for pre-sales activities.



As a key member of our team, you will take input from customers and delivery teams, document, and define customer requirements. After clear understanding between both parties, you will create standard solution components and/or collect collateral from various technical inputs to ensure alignment of the solution across client needs.



You must understand DXC offerings and have a sound business understanding of how solutioning and current pricing impact overall margin and performance. Upon completion, the related project work cost is compiled into standard cost model tools and the proposal is submitted for internal governance and customer approval.



Key Skills and Qualifications:



  • You will have sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for the design and scope of deliverables within a field of expertise.
  • Mastery of at least one technical discipline with strong knowledge in at least three major technology areas.
  • Possesses advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge.
  • Able to perform/drive resolution of problems on combinations and interactions of products.
  • Ability to apply technology and consulting to solve a client business problem.
  • Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence.
  • Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing.


Due to the nature of our accounts, SC Security Clearance will be required. Therefore, you will be a UK National who has worked and resided in the UK consistently for the past 5 years. We are unable to consider dual nationals currently.

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
