Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Validation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the robustness and longevity of our Pest & Hygiene product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate product performance and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans and procedures.
  • Provide expert validation support to the design process, from concept to launch.
  • Continuously seek to improve and evolve tests in response to in-field performance and quality complaints.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, or more than 5 years of experience in Product Validation.
  • Engineering background with proven experience of working within multi-disciplined teams and matrix organisation structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, calm under pressure, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Expertise in validating electronics/electrical/electromechanical products.
  • Experience of testing Firmware and wireless products.
  • Able to manage a large number of items in a project portfolio across the design process.
