We are seeking a highly skilled Surveyor to join our team at Michael Page Property & Construction. As an Interim Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients in the Public Sector, specifically in the Construction and Housing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contractor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Update and maintain systems to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Conduct detailed site surveys and measurements to inform project planning
  • Prepare and present plans, diagrams, and schedules to stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation of tender and contract documents
  • Liaise with construction teams and other professionals to ensure project success

Requirements

  • Strong IT skills and experience with surveying software
