About the Role

As a Panel Beater at Octane Recruitment's client in Croydon, you will be part of a professional team that aims to deliver exceptional repair quality. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle repairs following manufacturer standards using the appropriate tools and supplies.
• Report faults or defects identified during repairs.
• Apply anti-corrosion techniques in line with approved repair methodologies.
• Use protective measures (e.g., seat covers) to safeguard customer vehicles.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 basic, plus an uncapped OTE of £10,000. A guaranteed bonus is also provided on leave and training days, making it an attractive opportunity for skilled Panel Beaters. The estimated salary for this role is approximately £55,000 per annum.
