We are seeking a Quality Care Delivery Specialist to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care, with experience in leading and mentoring teams to deliver excellent quality services. They will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, and have a passion for delivering exceptional care that meets the highest standards.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus an additional on-call payment of up to £7,000 per year. Our benefits package includes 25 days paid holiday, a paid day off on your birthday, and access to a free Blue Light Card.
