About the Production Operator Role
The purpose of this role is to oversee the processing and packing of products to meet customer specifications while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products for foreign bodies and quality, ensuring no contamination during packing and processing.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, food safety, allergen management, and proper equipment use while maintaining cleanliness of work areas.
- A driving license and your own transport are essential due to the factory's location and shift hours.
- Production/factory experience would be beneficial but not essential.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary up to £25,500 according to your experience.
- A £26 per week attendance bonus.
- A stable and secure work environment.
Working Hours:
The working hours are 6:00am-2:00pm, Monday to Friday.
