Job Title: Prescriptions Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Prescriptions Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Dolby Medical Home Respiratory Care Ltd. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will play a vital role in processing prescriptions, liaising with prescribers, and ensuring accurate information is entered into our system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient prescriptions in a timely manner, including prescription confirmation/rejection and product availability
  • Process prescriptions, liaising closely with prescribers to respond to their needs
  • Ensure accurate information is entered into the system
  • Provide stock requirements as needed
  • Manage the prescribers' line and deal with any queries in a timely manner
  • Deal with all enquiries from prescribers in an empathetic and effective manner within company/contract agreed timescales
  • Ensure that all enquiries are completed according to departmental procedures and within set quality standards
  • Work with the Senior Customer Service Coordinator on process improvements and projects
  • Provide support to other areas of the Customer Service department when required
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience (1 year), ideally office or call centre based
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to record data accurately
  • An Enhanced DBS (provided for you as part of the probation process)
