About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our commercial advertising team as an Advertising Sales Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our media products and services to advertising agencies and clients, managing lead generation and sales pipelines, and developing strong relationships with our commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell all products and media types to advertising agencies and clients
  • Manage lead generation and sales pipelines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners
  • Create sales materials and presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work well as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent influencing, objection handling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Good personal time management
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £24,000 - £36,000, a hybrid working arrangement with three days from our Bath office and two days from home, and a share in our success through our profit pool bonus scheme. We also offer unlimited holiday, a fantastic culture, and opportunities to learn and develop through professional qualifications, business projects, and informal training sessions.
