Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the dispensary and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Recruiting, hiring, and training staff to meet business needs
- Solving pharmacy service-related patient queries and complaints
- Ensuring adherence to SOPs for medication handling, storage, and dispensing
Requirements:
- Master's degree in pharmacy or equivalent
- Valid GPhC registration
- Extensive experience within a relevant Pharmacy setting, ideally within a UK hospital
- Experience within a Pharmacy Dispensing environment highly desirable
- Knowledge of WDA responsibilities and SOPs
