Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
  • Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow.
  • Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
  • Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly pharmacy environment.

Requirements

  • A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; displaying warmth, empathy, and patience.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, thriving in a collaborative work setting.
  • Computer literacy, comfortable with learning and utilising various pharmacy software systems.
  • Outstanding communication traits, ability to problem-solve, and the initiative to adapt quickly in a bustling environment.

Working Hours & Benefits

This role offers a schedule designed to promote work-life balance with the following hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am - 6:30pm, Saturday 9am - 12pm. Before applying, please ensure availability for these hours.
