Summer School Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our Summer School program at Taunton School. As Summer School Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, marketing, and execution of our international Summer School program.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and implement a high-quality Summer School program
- Ensure effective use of resources to maximize profitability against budgetary targets
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract inbound students
- Manage student experience, stakeholder management, financial, and recruitment objectives
- Organize and run profit-making summer schools
- Experience in organizing and running profit-making summer schools
- Understanding of the international education industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High levels of attention to detail and organizational skills
