Sales Negotiator Role

CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Limited seeks a strong Sales Negotiator to join their team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to step up your career in a market leading Estate Agent.

Sales Negotiator duties include:
  1. Make viewing, survey, and valuation appointments
  2. Arrange appointments as soon as possible between Financial Consultants and potential customers who have been suitably qualified.
  3. Make and refresh Conveyancing leads
  4. Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact
  5. Regular competitor checks including prospecting and canvassing
  6. Provide viewing feedback to vendors
  7. Check 'For Sale' boards status and maintain window display
  8. Arrange and follow up viewings for potential buyers and accompany when required.
  9. Fully qualify all potential vendors and purchasers using agreed documentation and procedures.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities;
  11. Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision
  12. Provide property details to potential buyers and to ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential purchasers;
  13. Prepare valuation sheets for Manager and/or Valuer
  14. Prepare sales particulars and make amendments
  15. To undertake viewings when requested
  16. Any other duties as required
Essential Experience:
  1. To display personal drive and initiative
  2. Good organisational and time management skills
  3. Well dressed and well presented at all times in line with company dress code.
  4. Maintain an enthusiastic and high energy approach to your work
  5. Excellent communication skills with accurate, numerate and computer literate
  6. A team player with excellent organisational skills
