We are seeking a passionate and proactive Assistant Sustainability Manager to join our award-winning multidisciplinary Sustainability Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our ambitious Now or Never Strategy, focusing on carbon and waste reduction.

About the Role

As Assistant Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for analysing data to drive performance and identifying new insights. You will conduct research, collaborate with colleagues to develop new ideas, and manage projects to support our 2030 targets. Your role will also involve developing collaborative partnerships and supply chain relationships in line with our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and contribute to the identification, development, and embedding of changes across the company's operations to deliver our sustainability commitments and targets.
  • Develop and implement innovative initiatives to reduce constructive waste across our projects.
  • Support internal and external customers to understand and respond to their sustainability priorities.
  • Support the business to demonstrate high levels of corporate responsibility and transparency in reporting to ensure legislative compliance and maintain our industry-leading certifications and accreditations.
