About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Wimbledon team as a Hospitality Gifting Coordinator. You will be working closely with our hospitality clients to ensure their gifting requirements are met, and you will have the opportunity to work at one of the world's most prestigious sporting events.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Gifting Requirements: Daily communication with Wimbledon's hospitality clients in support of their gifting requirements.
  2. Order Fulfillment: Taking receipt of orders and sending out written confirmations.
  3. Inventory Tracking: Maintaining accurate records of orders placed, arranging fulfilment & delivery direct to client.
  4. Stock Control System: Keeping accurate track of stock using the stock control system and working alongside relevant members of the retail management team.
  5. Invoice Management: Raising and reconciling invoices.
  6. AELTC and Royal Box Support: Facilitating the internal gifting requirements of AELTC and Royal Box.
  7. Uniform Distribution: Supporting the distribution of championships uniform to retail staff in the week prior to the event.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience within the events or retail industry is desirable.
  • Presentation and Communication: Smart and presentable while representing the AELTC.
  • Trust and Reliability: Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • English Language Skills: Excellent communication and English language skills.
  • Numeracy and Accuracy: High level of numeracy and accuracy when entering data.
  • Computer Literacy: Reasonable level of computer literacy, including moderate Excel skills.
