About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team at Ko2 Embedded Recruitment Solutions Limited. As an Embedded Software Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our complex instrumentation equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Embedded Software, PC applications, and Precision Instrumentation Software to identify and report defects.
  • Perform a mix of Manual (30-40%) and Automated (60-70%) testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Develop test scripts in languages like C#, Python, or others of your choice to streamline testing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Embedded Software Engineers from design to delivery to ensure seamless integration.
  • Focus on black box functional testing, with opportunities for white box testing to identify and address potential issues.
Requirements
  • Experience testing embedded software devices and familiarity with both manual and automated testing.
  • Passion for testing and quality assurance, or proven experience in embedded software testing.
