Job Overview: Trade Operative - Norwich

We are seeking a skilled Trade Operative to join our team at Think PS in Norwich. The successful candidate will have experience in carrying out multi-trade repairs to a high standard on tenanted properties, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

About the Role:
The majority of the work will be in and around Norfolk, with occasional travel required throughout Norwich and Dereham. You will work as part of a team carrying out repairs from carpentry, plumbing, painting, and patch plastering. Your primary focus will be to take ownership for effective and efficient multi-skilled related repairs in tenanted properties.

Responsibilities:
• Carry out multi-trade repairs to a high standard
• Work as part of a team to deliver repairs
• Take ownership for effective and efficient multi-skilled related repairs

Requirements:
• Either a full trade apprenticeship or NVQ level two or appropriate trade experience within at least 2 different trades
• Experience dealing with customers directly
• A driving licence, as you will need to travel throughout Norwich and Dereham
• Experience of working in property maintenance
• Good IT skills

Benefits:
• Van and power tools provided (you will need to supply your own hand tools)
• Competitive hourly rate (£25-30 per hour) based on industry standards for this role and location
