Overview

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Spicerhaart, you will embark on a comprehensive training and mentorship program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants

Training and Development

You will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions, as well as day-to-day learning led by our experienced professionals.

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
