Delivery Postie with Driving

At Royal Mail Group, we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. This role involves delivering mail and packages to customers across the area, working independently and as part of a team to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet operational demands
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

What We Offer:

  • Competitive monthly salary equivalent to an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr
  • Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate
  • 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata)
  • Full uniform provided
  • Company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates
