Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and development activities. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and assist in preparing training materials and educational resources.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the team in developing, coordinating, and administering training programs and workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including maintaining databases.
- Assist the team in preparing training materials and other educational resources.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling diaries and participant communication.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback from participants.
- Prepare ad hoc administrative reports.
- Support the Learning and Development team in identifying areas of improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pro-active, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for learning and helping others develop their skills.
