Job Title: School Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Chartwells, the leading provider of catering and support services to the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality food for our clients and customers
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles
  • Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image
  • Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards and Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Be an excellent team player with a committed and organized approach
  • Have a desire to succeed in your role and be flexible to work shifts
  • Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
