About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Worker to join our team in Rayleigh. As an integral part of our support team, you will work closely with students with special educational needs to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN and additional needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of tailored learning activities that meet the individual needs of students.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
  • Monitor and track the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
