Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Analyst to join our Risk and Regulation team. As a Consultant Analyst, you will have the opportunity to pursue your own area of interest through involvement in our strategy campaigns, including gaining insight into a specific risk type, sub-sector, or area of regulatory focus.

You will develop your career as a consultant by collaborating with other like-minded colleagues in multi-functional teams, working on some of our most exciting projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhancing the firm's approach to risk management, particularly non-financial risks
  • Improving the firm's operating model across the three lines of defence
  • Enhancing corporate governance and risk culture, and helping firms to embed good consumer and conduct outcomes
  • Delivering effective regulatory change, including providing independent assurance and Skilled Person reviews

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' recent experience working at a management consultancy, or for a financial services firm (preferably in a risk, compliance or transformation role)
  • A desire to become an expert in risk and regulation and enthusiasm to apply this to delivery and transformational projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
