About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Merchandising Assistant to join our EMEA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team's administrative tasks, working on visual merchandising updates across campaigns and permanent displays, and managing suppliers, budgets, and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience working with retailers. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication and prioritization skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the EMEA VM team with administrative tasks, including preparing and placing orders, creating artwork for updates, and translating plates.
  • Work on visual merchandising updates across campaigns and permanent displays, including till units, hotspots, graphics, screens, and window schemes.
  • Conduct range reviews and data analysis to inform visual merchandising decisions and optimize VM for maximum productivity.
  • Manage suppliers across a range of projects, working closely with them to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Own the VM guidelines, ensuring they are up-to-date, informative, and user-friendly.
  • Be the VM expert and champion, passing on knowledge to teams, sharing information, and conducting VM training sessions with store teams.
  • Conduct regular store visits to be aware of the retail landscape, suggest improvements, and keep open store communication.
  • Support new store openings by delivering all VM elements required for launch, working closely with Store Design and Retail Ops teams.
  • Event and pop-up VM support, bringing activations to life and delivering commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and Outlook.
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
  • Experience working with retailers and suppliers.
  • Confident working with suppliers and managing budgets and timelines.
