Job Description:



O'Neill & Brennan are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Wellingborough. As a key member of the site management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing supplies, and coordinating meetings and site visits.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Ordering and managing office supplies

  • Maintaining accurate site records and registers

  • Preparing and writing reports

  • Scheduling meetings and site visits

  • Briefing suppliers, contractors, and project teams

  • Assisting the site management team



Requirements:



To be successful in this role, you will need experience using EDMS Viewpoint For Projects and a strong understanding of administrative procedures. Smart Wise experience is desirable, but not essential.



About the Role:



This is a part-time position, requiring 26 hours of work per week. You will have the flexibility to arrange your working hours to suit your needs, as long as the required hours are completed.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per year, depending on experience.
