About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate & Public Engagement Administrator to join our team at Gordon Yates Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support for events and activities involving corporate sponsors and kindred organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Support: Provide logistical support for events, including venue research, managing delegate lists, arranging transport, catering, travel, and accommodation.
  • Corporate Engagement: Establish leads with corporate contacts, arrange meetings between contacts and relevant College staff and officers, and update the content on the College's website.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Corporate & Public Engagement Manager, including diary management for meetings involving College staff, officers, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Communication: Draft professional correspondence, including letters and formal emails to corporate contacts, and create and post digital content on the College's website and social media channels to engage corporate audiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: Event organization and customer service experience, with a strong understanding of editing websites using a CMS system.
  • Skills: Excellent written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently and concisely communicate information to a wide range of people, and strong IT skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Approach: A logical, systematic approach to work with good attention to detail.
