Veterinary Care Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional veterinary care and treatment to a diverse range of animals.
- Perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Evaluate the clinic's efficiency and implement improvements to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent).
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care is highly valued.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package of £65,200 - £80,000 per year, including a generous CPD allowance, company pension scheme, and access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
