Family Therapy Opportunity at Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust

We are seeking an experienced Family & Systemic Psychotherapist to join our team in Harrow CAMHS. This is a full-time permanent post, offering a competitive salary of £52,600 - £86,200 per annum.

About the Position

This role involves collaborating with colleagues to complete highly specialist assessments of children with complex mental health presentations. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing care plans, and providing family therapy interventions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with colleagues to assess children with complex mental health presentations.
  2. Develop and implement care plans for the treatment and/or management of children's problems.
  3. Deliver family therapy interventions for individuals, carers, families, and groups, grounded in systemic and family therapy principles.
  4. Support case formulation and treatment plans in line with best practice and evidence-based interventions.
