TRIA is hiring an IT Business Analyst - ERP Specialist to join their team in North East England. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of ERP systems within the company. Your expertise in B2C E-commerce, preferably in the retail or fashion sector, and Salesforce skills will be essential in this position.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions. The successful candidate will also provide 3rd-level technical support and contribute to exciting projects in the pipeline.

We offer a competitive £55,000 - £65,000 per annum salary, depending on experience, along with other benefits. Additionally, we provide trials that cover relocation costs and offer extra support to help you settle into the area quickly.
