About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a flourishing team within the Residential Conveyancing department at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. The role will see you confidently initiate, process and complete a varied spectrum of residential property fee-earning work.

Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of work unsupervised and ensuring proper control of time recording, work in progress, billing and cash collection. You will also be able to demonstrate strong business development skills by securing new work from existing clients, and by actively seeking new clients for yourself and the team.

Requirements
It is essential that you have gained 2-3 years of residential conveyancing fee-earning work. You will be able to confidently manage your own caseload and ensure proper control of time recording, work in progress, billing and cash collection.
