As a Senior Consultant / Director in our Corporate Finance Practice, you'll be inspired and empowered to make an impact on headline matters that change history. Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a broad tax technical awareness to support the senior team in providing tax input into transaction advisory, structuring and due diligence projects. You'll be involved in many transaction and due diligence projects, generated from a variety of sources, including our tax client base and referrals from our international network.

The ideal candidate will have relevant post-qualified experience of tax with a focus on transactions, a broad tax technical knowledge, and an ability to communicate in a straightforward and practical way to tax and non-tax specialists. You'll also have strong analytical and organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.

  • Lead or support the tax Senior Director and Managing Directors with tax on transactions;
  • Liaise with other members of the tax team and Transaction Services and Restructuring teams as required;
  • Delegating work to and managing the junior members of the tax team;
  • Assist the senior team with other advisory projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (2.1) or equivalent;
  • ACA, CTA or equivalent qualified;
  • Relevant post-qualified experience of tax with a focus on transactions;
  • Broad tax technical knowledge;
  • Ability to communicate in a straightforward and practical way to tax and non-tax specialists;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
