We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Progressor to join our team at DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency | B Corp. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for progressing tenancies across all sites, managing records, and maintaining a database of live applications.
Key Responsibilities- Administer new tenancies and tenancy renewals to relevant deadlines, ensuring timely communication with tenants and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain customer satisfaction levels through effective management of the move-in process, ensuring regular communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Manage the tenancy referencing process, chasing outstanding references in a timely manner and ensuring all necessary documents are in place prior to move-in.
- Deal with incoming enquiries, acting as the primary point of contact for customers during the referencing and pre-tenancy process.
- Draft and issue tenancy documentation, taking up front payments, and setting up Direct Debits for ongoing rental payments.
- Maintain and update the database, ensuring the system is up-to-date with the status of each file and each deal is checked against internal processes prior to key release.
- Minimise costs and maximise income through effective management of the application process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant processes, including the issuance of compliance documents to each household ahead of their move-in date.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience in a similar public-facing, commercial environment.
- Proven knowledge and experience of the London Lettings Market, including compliance and legal requirements.
- Excellent diary/time management skills, with the ability to work to specified processes under pressure, prioritise workload, and deliver on targets while maintaining service levels.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and a collaborative team player who can inspire and motivate colleagues.
- Proficient in presenting and interpreting information accurately and professionally.
- Innovative problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and crafting effective resolutions.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office Suite and lettings management systems.
- A strict adherence to confidentiality regarding all forms of information and data.
- ARLA/Propertymark qualification desirable.
- A sociable and dynamic work environment, based just opposite Reading train station.
