The BMW Group is seeking a highly skilled Retail Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on the Retailer network financial data provided to BMW and MINI UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly IFC reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submission of Retailer financial data.
  • Collaborate with the IFC provider to ensure seamless service level, data verification, and analysis review.
  • Develop and maintain a long-range planning framework to deliver a profitable Retailer network for BMW and MINI Car Sales and Aftersales.
  • Act as the primary contact for initiatives and planning with BMW AG concerning IFC local solutions and IFC Worldwide reporting and initiatives.
  • Host and deliver off-site events for the Retailer Accountant community to promote best practice sharing.
  • Develop and manage the financial information held within the UK Retailer KPI Dashboards.
  • Identify and report on trends and anomalies within the Retailer financial data at both a micro and macro level.

Requirements:

  • Graduate level with a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA).
  • Proven and relevant accountancy and/or financial experience and acumen.
  • Proven and relevant experience of working with a motor manufacturer or in the retail motor industry at a senior level.
  • Expert level of knowledge of data management, reporting, and communication.
  • An understanding of the BMW and MINI retail environment is desirable.
