Special Education Needs Coordinator Opportunity in London

Are you an experienced educator seeking a new challenge? Academics LTD is currently looking for a dedicated Special Education Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our team on an interim basis. This exciting opportunity will allow you to take on full SENCO and Designated Safeguarding Lead responsibilities for a 3 to 6-month period.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and a passion for early years education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to staff, ensuring that all children receive the best possible education.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff on SENCO-related matters
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to special educational needs
